Superviseur du processeur avec EEPROM 4K SPI
Ces appareils combinent quatre fonctions populaires, le contrôle de réinitialisation de l'alimentation, le chronomètre de surveillance, la surveillance de la tension d'alimentation et la mémoire EEPROM série Block Lock Protect dans un seul package.Cette combinaison réduit le coût du système, réduit les besoins d'espace sur le plateau et augmente la fiabilité.
