Les séries NCP302 et NCP303 sont des détecteurs de tension de courant ultra-faible de deuxième génération qui contiennent un générateur de retard de temps programmable.Ces appareils sont spécialement conçus pour être utilisés comme contrôleurs de réinitialisation dans les systèmes portables basés sur microprocesseur où la durée de vie prolongée de la batterie est primordiale.

Chaque série est équipée d'un détecteur de sous-tension très précis avec hystérésis et d'un générateur de retard de temps programmable externe.La série NCP302 se compose de dispositifs de sortie complémentaires qui sont disponibles avec un réinitialisation active haute ou active basse. La série NCP303 dispose d'une sortie N-Channel à écoulement ouvert avec une sortie active à faible réglage.
